Pascal BUFFARD, né le 22 août 1961, a passé son enfance à Auvers-sur-Oise, village de peintres impressionnistes et du dernier séjour de Vincent Van Gogh. Fin des années 80, Il a suivi pendant deux ans les cours du soir, publicité, communication visuelle à l'E.M.S.A.T. de Paris (Ecole Municipale Supérieure des Arts et Techniques) et s'est perfectionné dans les techniques artistiques. Pascal Pascal BUFFARD, born on Aug 22, 1961, passed his childhood with Auvers sur Oise, a french village of impressionists painters and the last stay of Vincent Van Gogh.
